Return Policy


We have a 30-days of return policy after date of purchase, if lapse we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the items must fulfil the conditions:

Broken or damaged before the delivery reach you.

  1. Wrong order dispatched to you from your original order.
  2. Lost in transit and delivery status on 17track shows not delivered.
  3. Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  4. In the original packaging.

To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase in an email to us at support@mywishbox.net for us to follow up with you.

Do note that shipping costs on the return item are non-refundable. If you received a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
