Frequently Asked Questions
Your product will ship between 3-5 business days from your order, and may take up to three weeks to reach your doorstep, depending on the destination. Please refer to the Shipping Policy for further detail.
2. What's your return policy?
Subject to the conditions of our Return Policy, you may notify via email to support@mywishbox.net to tell us what went wrong, send along a picture and proof of receipt, and we will advise the arrangement for refund subsequently with money back return in full.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified. Please contact us at support@mywishbox.net to inform us for our investigation and refund, if applicable.
4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us with a photo of the wrong item, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us,
5. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges, except replacing defective or damaged items. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know via email at support@mywishbox.net and we will follow up with you a separate arrangement.
